Provence Real Estate has been selected to manage five communities in Mobile, AL, effective May 20th, 2013.  The communities total 2,013 units, and include Cabana Apartments, Sandpiper Townhomes, Yester Oaks Apartments, Windsor Place Apartments, and Pathways Apartments.  The takeover was part of a $98MM purchase by Colony Hills Capital of Wilbraham, MA.  Provence will also open a regional office in Mobile as part of the takeover.
